POSTURE: Push your hips slightly forward as you tighten your GLUTES and your ABS ; ENGAGE YOUR CORE! This will result in a properly centered stance with the alignment of your shoulder, hips and ankles.

ONE FOOT BALANCE: This is a great warm up exercise before surf plus you are going to help any muscle inbalances in your legs or feet. This is good for rehab of ankle and knee injuries as well as overall strength trainer.

SQUAT; This is a good one not just for improving your “surf stance” - but you will develop stronger legs which will benefit you for movement co-ordination on the board. – and an added bonus will be a flatter stomach and tighter”bum” for an overall fitter lower body.

PRESS UPS; This exercise will help so much in your “take off” as it strengthens muscles in chest and tricepts.
Keep your pelvis tucked under and tighten abdominals. Keep shoulders over hands and lower yourself down slowly and then back up.
This exercise will do wonders for your bikini upper body shape too!
